The gap
There is internet in the cache. There is not enough of it.
Incident connectivity exists — it just was not scoped for what a camp actually runs now. Plans, finance, GIS, ordering, time, medical, and a few hundred personnel on their own devices all want bandwidth at the same time, in a place with no infrastructure. The gap is not whether you can get online. It is whether everyone who needs to be online can be, at once, for the whole operational period.

Place your order the way you order anything else. We work directly with your buying team or procurement unit on the paperwork path — purchase card, EERA, or preseason agreement.

We ship to an addressable receiving point
Incident command posts often have no street address. We ship to your host unit office, your local interagency cache, or your dispatch center — whichever your resource order designates — and coordinate the last mile with your Supply Unit. Will-call pickup is available for your runner.

Plug in and operate
Laminated setup card, the smallest kit running in ten minutes, 24/7 phone support for the duration of the assignment. We arrange and pay the return leg. Kits ship as UN3481 dangerous goods — we handle the declaration and paperwork, you do not.
