Where we come from
Incident management teams
This is the origin and the proving ground. Kits typed to NWCG convention, sized to real ICP functions — command, plans, finance, helibase, division drop points. Shipped to addressable receiving points, coordinated with your Supply Unit, documented on shift tickets and the OF-286 so finance never chases us.
Everything else we do inherits this discipline: charged and bench-tested before it ships, dangerous-goods paperwork handled both directions, and rates structured as daily rates for time under hire.

Surge beyond your cache
Most agencies own a few terminals now. The gap is the activation that needs forty — powered, cased, configured, with service already active when the truck door opens. Renting surge capacity means no year-round subscriptions burning budget on shelf units, and no scramble to activate service while the EOC is standing up.
We ship to your EOC, your logistics staging area, or your point of distribution, and will-call is always available. Hurricane season peaks exactly when our fire fleet frees up — that is not a coincidence we planned, but it is one we staff for.

Mutual assistance
The camp vendors bring everything except the network
A major restoration effort runs staging camps of five hundred to eighteen hundred linemen — sleeper trailers, showers, catering, fuel. Walk the vendor list and one line item is missing: connectivity for the people running the camp. Time sheets, safety briefings, work packets, and family check-ins all queue behind whatever cellular survived the storm.
One kit covers camp administration. Three cover a full camp with crew Wi-Fi. We work direct with utility emergency operations or through your base camp vendor — either way it arrives charged and running before the first crews roll in.

Restoration & adjusting
You deploy into the same dark grid we do
CAT teams and independent adjusters make money by being operational in the first seventy-two hours, in exactly the places where the infrastructure is down. A crew that cannot upload photos, run estimates, or process payroll from staging is burning its window.
Commercial terms, cards accepted, no procurement ceremony: tell us where your staging is and when you roll. Kits ship from regional staging or will-call, and the return leg is on our paperwork like always.
