Built around the incident, not the product
Kits are sized to real ICP functions — command, plans, finance, helibase, division drop points — rather than to whatever bundle a distributor happens to sell. A division drop point does not need the same kit as a 200-person camp, and it should not be billed like it does.

Ordered and shipped, not scheduled and installed
No trailer to position, no site survey, no crew to feed and house. The kit arrives in a case, the case has a laminated card, and someone on your team who has never seen it can bring it up.

Tested and refurbished between every assignment
Every kit is bench-tested, batteries cycled and capacity-checked, firmware brought current, cables continuity-tested and cases inspected before it ships again. Nothing goes out because it came back looking fine.

24/7 phone support staffed by people who understand what an operational period is, plus an ITSS-qualified technician available on request when the assignment warrants one on site.
An honest comparison
We are not the right answer for every situation. If your unit needs connectivity continuously, year-round, buying your own equipment is cheaper than renting ours and we will say so.

What we are not
- We are not a radio vendor. Tactical and command communications are not our lane.
- We do not replace NIRSC. The cache does its job. We add capacity on top of it when the incident outgrows what is on hand.
- We do not sell hardware. Everything is rented, refurbished and returned.
